Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 (15 oz) cans black beans, rinsed
1 (17 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained (I have used frozen)
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1 avocado, diced (I use two because I like avocado)
1/2 red onion, chopping (or scallions)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (I also use parsley)
1 clove garlic, minced (I use 3-4 cloves)

Dressing:
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3-4 Tbsp lime juice or lemon (I have used 2-3 fresh limes)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in bowl
Cover and chill
Serve with tortilla chips or as a side dish
