6 slices pork tenderloin flattened to 1/4" thick
1 egg beaten
2 T milk
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t seasoned salt
1/4 t oregano, dried
1/4 t marjoram, dried (I leave this out, because I never have it)
1 t salt
1/4 t ground black pepper
1 1/2 c bread crumbs
Frying Oil
6 rolls, mayo, tomato, lettuce, onion for toppings

Beat tenderloin with mallet till 1/4" thick.
In bowl beat egg and milk together. Whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, marjoram, oregano, salt and pepper.
Place bread crumbs on a shallow dish or plate. Dip flattened cutlets into seasoned milk-egg mixture then into bread crumbs, throughly coating cutlet. Repeat for all 6 cutlets. Set on waxed paper- do not stack.
Heat oil in large skillet, gently lower cutlet 1-2 at a time into oil and fry 8 minutes till golden brown, turning half way through.
Toast rolls and place cutlet and toppings on roll, enjoy

We found this recipe on the internet, but have taken it on as a family favorite! These cutlets are so tender and so delicious on a sandwich. Be sure to beat them out thin. Here we like them hanging about an inch over the bun on all sides.
