2 Packages Chopped Frozen Broccoli (Drain)
2 Eggs (Beaten)
2 Cps Ritz Cracker Crumbs
2 Small Cans Mushrooms
1 Small Onion (Chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cp Mayonaise
4 T Melted Butter
1/4 Cp Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 X 13 pan. Pour ingredients into pan and sprinkle with additional 3/4 parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
