Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Wonton wraps
Ahi Tuna (I buy frozen)
Avocados
Red onion
Fresh ginger
1 lime
1/4 cup Sour cream
soy sauce
sesame oil
lemongrass (if available)
teriyaki sauce (something concentrated with strong flavor)
toasted sesame seeds
mayonnaise
sriracha hot sauce
oil for frying the wontons

Directions:
Directions:
I didn't measure the ingredients in this recipe. I would just eyeball it!

Fry the wontons in oil. I cut them into two to make them more bite-size

Cut up tuna after it has thawed about half way. This makes it easy to dice. Add about 2 T. of minced fresh ginger. Splash on the sesame oil and lots of soy sauce. I let it sit and thaw while I work on the other ingredients. Lemongrass can be added if you can find it at the grocery.

Mash the avocados and add red onion, sour cream, lime juice.

Whisk the mayo with the sriracha to taste.

To assemble: First put the avacodo spread on a wonton, add a spoon full of tuna, add a few drops of teriyaki sauce, top with the sriracha mayo sauce, sprinkle on some toasted sesame seeds.

Variations: Mix mayo with wasabi instead of sriracha, use seaweed instead of avocado mix
