Bake your favorite white or yellow cake mix in 2 8" or 9" round pans (grease and flour) following baking instructions on cake mix. Let cool in pan 10 minutes and then turn upside down to remove cakes from pan. Let cool completely.

1 pkg lemon jello
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 package dream whip
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix 1 package lemon jello, 1 c. crushed pineapple, and 1 package dream whip (mix as label directs). Layer between cake layers and on top of cake. Sprinkle with coconut. Place in refrigerator overnight.
