3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mazola oil
2 eggs
2 t. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 t. baking powder
2 t. vanilla
4 c. sliced peeled apples
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients. Stir in apples and nuts. Spread batter evenly in a 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 55 min.
