Place one half on waxed paper, dampen table under the paper, to prevent slipping. Roll into a circle for the top of pie. Press the other half of dough into bottom of pie pan and also around edges of pan. Put in filling and flip the top crust over it, crimping around edges. Slit top crust in four places.
