1 1/2 # frozen Shrimp - jumbo or large size
1 c Onion, chopped
1/2 c Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 seeded,finely chopped jalapeno
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 t basil
1 t oregano
1 clove garlic crushed
2 T sugar

Bow tie Pasta (Farfalle)

In a qt size freezer bag - bag up frozen shrimp

Combine: chopped onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, tomatoes, vinegar, basil, oregano, garlic, and sugar in a quart freezer bag.

1 1/2 c bow-tie pasta in quart size baggie

Put all 3 baggies in a gallon size freezer bag. Freeze

Thaw in refrigerator

Boil pasta 10-12 minutes. Heat non stick skillet over medium high heat. Pour contents of sauce bag into skillet. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes add water if needed. Add shrimp and cook an additional 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and are no longer transparent. Add drained pasta to skillet, stir to mix thoroughly and serve.

Once Dale accidentally put Jalapeno in this recipe instead of green pepper. It was so good; we changed the recipe.
