3 Tbs. Flour
1 Tbs. sugar
3/4 teas. Salt 3/4 C. Milk
1 17oz. can Cream Style Corn
3 Eggs

350 for 1 hour

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat, add flour, sugar, and salt, stirring until smooth Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in corn
Beat eggs well. Gradually stir in about one-court of hot mixture into beaten eggs; then add remaining hot mixture stirring constantly. Pour into buttered 1 and1/2 qt. casserole
