1 pound fresh kale, finely chopped
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Asiago cheese, shredded
1 cup fontina cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute kale, garlic and onion in butter until onion is tender (7-8 minutes). Add wine, cook 1-2 minutes, remove from heat. Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Asiago and fontina cheese, red wine vinegar, pepper, and the kale mixture. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
