1 Large Can Sauerkraut (drained)
2 Medium Tomatoes (sliced)
1 TBLS Thousand Island Dressing
2 TBLS Butter
2 Cans Corn Beef
2 Cups Swiss Chees (shredded or sliced)

1 Can Flaky Refrigerated Biscuits (optional)
2 Rye Crisp Crackers (crushed)
1/4 tsp Caraway Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Spread drained sauerkraut in bottom of 8x12 " baking dish. Top with tomato slices. Dot with dressing & butter. cover with corned beef. Sprinkle with cheese or layer sliced cheese over mixture. Cover & bake at 425 for 30-45 minutes. (If you add biscuits, crackers & caraway seed, bake an additional 15-20 mins.)

If you add the biscuits, crackers & caraway, after you remove casserole from oven, separate each biscuit into 3 layers. Slightly overlap layers on beef in 3 rows. Sprinkle with cracker crumb & caraway seed & return to oven for 15-20 minutes until brown.
