2 granny smith apples (peeled, cored, and quartered)
8 oz. golden raisins
6 oz. dark brown sugar
4 oz. dried figs coarsely chopped
2 oz. dried cherries
2 oz. beef suet (fat) coarsely chopped
1 oz. crystallized ginger coarsely chopped
1/2 c. apple juice
1 orange, zested and juiced
1/2 tsp. grated allspice
1/4 tsp. ground clove

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into food processor and pulse 8 to 10 times. Place in an air tight container and store in the refrigerator for at least 3 days before using. Can be stored for up to 6 months.
