1 No. 2 1/2 can peaches or 4 large peaches
1 c. sugar
3 Tbl. butter
2 Tbl. flour
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Line 10 inch pie pan with pastry, fill with sliced peaches. Combine sugar and flour, add butter and beaten eggs. Beat until well blended. Pour over peaches. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes, then 325º for 45 minutes until custard is firm.
