1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of chopped nut meat
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup of butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1 8 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/2 cup sugar,nuts and cinnamon. Set aside.
Cream butter and remaining sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs(one at a time) and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder,soda and salt together, add creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat after each addition.
Spread 1/2 batter into a greased tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 nut mixture; top with pineapple. Cover with remaining batter, and sprinkle with remaining nut mix. (put lightly into batter)
Bake at 375º in the oven for minutes or until done. Cool before removing from pan.
* Use 1/2 butter and mixture for a loaf pan.
