1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn and sugars in mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil. Mix until well blended. Combine baking powder, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add to batter and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour into greased 13 by 9 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool and ice with caramel icing.

Caramel Icing: Bring margarine and brown sugar to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and add milk. Stir in powdered sugar until spreading consistency.
