1 bag frozen Hash Browns (I prefer the shredded, not cubed)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Tbsp dried Onion Flakes
12-14 oz. Sour Cream
½ cup melted Butter
2 cups grated Colby/Jack Cheese (melts smoother than chedder) (set aside ⅓cup cheese for top)
1 sm. jar diced Pimentos (just adds color)

Defrost hash browns & mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9”x13” dish. Sprinkle top with remaining ⅓cup cheese and a few more pimentos. Bake 45 minutes at 350°
