Ingredients:  
1 large can sour cherries packed in water
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 large can crushed pineapple
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 cup pecans
Maraschino cherry juice or red coloring to make pink
Maraschino cherries, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and mash sour cherries. Mix sour cherries, Eagle Brand milk, pineapple, Cool Whip, and pecans. Add maraschino cherry juice for color. Line muffin pans with paper cups. Place half a maraschino cherry on top and freeze. Serve frozen.
