2-8 oz. cream cheese
1-8 oz. Sharp or Mild Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 cup Onion
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well with hands until all is blended. Make into ball and roll in finely chopped nuts. Have all ingredients at room temperature.

I usually don't roll the cheese ball in nuts.
