3 cups Potatoes, chopped
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Celery, sliced
1/2 cup Carrots, chopped
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Parsley Flakes
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1/2 tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
1-1/2 cup Milk
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, celery, carrots, parsley, bouillon cube, and seasonings. Cover and simmer while chopping potatoes. Add potatoes and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Gradually add milk to flour and add mixture to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add cheese. Stir until melted.
