2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. small-curd cottage cheese, warmed
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. dehydrated, minced onions
4 tsp. dill seed
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. flour
5 new clay flower pots (4" high and 4" in diameter)

Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water. Combine next 7 ingredients; add to yeast mixture. Add to 2 cups of flour and beat well; mix on low speed. Add rest of flour and combine well. Cover, and let rise 1 hour.

Meanwhile, wash pots well and line with aluminum foil, then grease the foil generously. Punch dough down and divide into five equal parts. Place one part in each pot. Cover and let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes, or until done. Can also be made in 4 small bread pans, or 2 large ones. Yields five "flower pots".
