16 oz sour cream
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
8 oz shredded Colby-Jack cheese
16 jar oz salsa, divided
2 TBSP chopped cilantro or dried parsley flakes
10 flour or corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup of the sour cream, chicken, 1 cup of cheese, 1/4 cup of salsa and cilantro. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla, roll up. Place, seam-side down in greased 9X13 baking dish. Top with remaining salsa. Cover. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining sour cream. Garnish with chopped lettuce and tomato, if desired.
