Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
¼ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
½ t. salt
½ t. baking soda
½ c. butter, softened
1 ½ c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Nutella
1 t. vanilla
Finely chopped hazelnuts (approximately 3/4 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda and set aside.

2. Beat butter and sugar at medium speed until creamed, about 5 minutes. Add eggs one at time, beating until fully incorporated. Add Nutella and vanilla, beat until combined. Add flour mixture and mix at low speed until just combined. Chill dough 4 hours or overnight.

3. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll dough into medium-sized balls (about 2 T.). Roll in hazelnuts (really have to kind of press the hazelnuts into the dough to get them to adhere). Bake, 9 at a time, until set, about 15 minutes. Do not overbake; remove the cookies from the oven when just the edges are set and the centers look underdone. Cool on cookie sheet. Makes about 30.
