2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup plus 6 TBSP sugar, divided
1/2 cup butter/margarine, melted
40 oz cream cheese, softened
3 TBSP flour
1 TBSP vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
21 oz can cherry (strawberry, blueberry, etc) pie filling

Directions:

Heat oven to 325º. Line 9X13 baking pan with foil. Mix crumbs, 3 TBSP sugar and butter. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, sour cream and vanilla until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed until blended after each. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan. Cool completely. Top with pie filling and serve.
