1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, chopped
Uncooked 9" pie crust
1/2 cup picante sauce
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup half & half, or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line pie plate with pie crust and shape top edge as you desire. Arrange cheese, bacon and onions in bottom of pie crust. Mix picante sauce, eggs and half & half in a small bowl. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake 35 minutes or until crust is golden and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes.
