2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs, well beaten
15 oz can cream-style corn
11 oz can Mexican corn
7 to 81/2 oz corn muffin mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 12X8, 2 qt, baking dish. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except for cheese. Pour into pan. Bake 45-55 minutes or until golden brown and set. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 1-2 minutes to melt cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
