1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 TBSP margarine/butter, softened
1 can cherry, or other flavor, pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Blend milk, eggs, biscuit mix, sugar, extract and and margarine in blender 15 seconds or beat on high speed of mixer 1 minute. . Pour into a greased 10" pie pan or 11X7 baking pan. Spoon pie filling over the top. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
