3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. melted fat or oil
2 c. cold water

Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a hole in the middle and add all the wet ingredients and stir well. Bake in a 9X13 pan at 350º for 30-35 minutes
