4 envelopes Knox gelatin
1/4 C. sugar
2 C. apple juice, heated to boiling
1/2 C. caramel flavored ice cream topping
1 1/2 C. chopped peeled apples

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix gelatin and sugar; add hot juice and stir until dissolved completely. Blend in ice cream topping and chopped apples. Pour into 8 or 9-inch square pan and chill until firm (1 to 2 hours). Cut into 1" squares.
