4 uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 15 oz. cans black beans
3 cans any style Rotel tomatoes you like (total 30 oz.)
1 cup salsa
1 14 oz. can chopped green chilis (optional)
1 14.5 oz. can tomato sauce

Tortilla chips, grated cheese, sour cream as desired

Put all ingredients in slow cooker/crockpot with chicken on the bottom. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove and cut up chicken before serving. Serve chips, cheese, sour cream on side for garnish as desired.

You can make this as spicy hot or mild as you like by including chilies and/or different salsas. I have used peach/mango salsa and lime cilantro Rotel tomatoes. Use low sodium tomatoes, sauce if you are watching salt intake.
