1 lb ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 46 oz. can V-8 juice
1 20 oz package frozen mixed vegetables
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with garlic salt, pepper, salt and onion. Add cream of mushroom soup, V-8 juice and vegetables. Simmer over medium heat until vegetables are tender.

Personal Notes:
I have used tomato juice in place of the V-8 juice. A good change of pace from the ground beef/pasta/noodle/cheese recipes.
