Chicken thighs
1 onion chopped
1&1/2 cups of whiskey
4 cups of barbeque sauce
1 jar of peach preserves
1 dash of worstershire sauce
1/2 cup of water
sliced peaches
Directions:
Directions:
Brown thighs, add salt & pepper or Tony's
Remove, add chopped onion, whiskey, peach preserves, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, & 1/2 cup of water
Blend and then add chicken thighs and sliced peaches
Bake 300 degrees for 1&1/2 hours
