1 chocolate pie crust

Filling:
22 regular size marshmallows
¾ c. milk
¼ tsp. mint extract and green food coloring
½ pt. whipping cream, whipped
Grated chocolate (if desired)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt the marshmallows with milk in the top of a double boiler over rapidly boiling water; cool.

2. Add the mint extract and green food coloring. Let mixture stand until syrupy and thickened.

3. Fold in whipped cream and pour into pie shell.

4. Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

5. Sprinkle grated chocolate over top at serving time.
