1 c. shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1 c. or 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. mayo

sourdough round and sourdough bread cubes for dipping

Combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in bread bowl, in a 400º oven until heated thru and brown and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.

I think every time I have served this dip, someone new has asked for the recipe! It is a great appetizer and very simple. You can double the recipe and it will fill a large bread bowl. I always serve it with sliced baguettes that have been brushed with garlic butter and lightly toasted. Can add sliced jalapeños for extra flavor.
