3 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. ground thyme
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. Rosemary
1 c. water
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 1/2 c. flour, sugar, salt, yeast, cheese and herbs. Heat water and 4 Tbsp. butter to 125º; add to flour mixture. Add egg. Add enough of the 1 c. flour left to make a soft dough. Knead for 4 minutes, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll into 12" square and brush with butter. Cut into squares, put butter side down into a buttered tube pan. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes.
