3 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice


CRUST
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, oats, sugar and soda together. Cut in the margarine with pastry blender or fork; stir in nuts. Cook blueberries until done. Mix sugar and cornstarch together; add to blueberries and lemon juice; cook until thick. Press 2/3 of the crust mixture in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish. Cover with the filling and sprinkle the rest of the crust on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350º.
