1 cup hot milk
1 cup light cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put eggs in the bottom of glass container of blender. Cover and blend on low for 2 minutes,
2. Add sugar and salt, and blend on low for one minute.
3. With blender on low, remove filler cap and slowly add cream, blending well. Then add hot milk in the same manner. Blend well.
4. Place 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in the bottom of individual custard cups, then fill with mixture.
5. Place custard cups in a pan of hot water and bake at 325º until custard is set and knife comes out clean - approximately 45 minutes.
6. Chill.
