Cook a corn Beef in crock pot with a 1/2 cup water on high until done- approx 8-10 hours.
When cooked- drain all liquid and remove fat. shred and cut up corn beef. add:
1 bottle Russian or Thousand Island dressing
12 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and squeeze dry

Mix together and keep on low until ready to serve.
Put party ryes on cookie sheet and add one heaping teaspoon of mixture to top of each bread slice and top with swiss cheese.
Bake at 375 until toast is crisp and cheese melted.
