1 19-oz/540 ml tin cooked chickpeas
2 T plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic minced
3 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil
1/2 TSR hot red pepper sauce
1 T sesame oil
1 tsp ground cumin
2 T fresh cilantro and lemon slice to garnish

1. In food processor or blender, purée chickpeas and add yogurt to blend smooth
2. Add garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, hot pepper sauce, sesame oil and cumin.
Taste and adjust seasonings
3. Transfer to serving Bowl and add garnish
