1 cup chocolate chips
24 chocolate wafer cookies finely ground (1 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 TBSP dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1 TBSP + 3/4 cup sugar, divided
24 oz cream cheese, room temperature.
3 TBSP flour
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 cup sour cream, divided
12 oz of Snicker Bars cut crosswise into 1/4" slices, divided

Preheat oven to 350º. Coat 9" springform pan with cooking spray. Wrap outside of pan with foil. In top of double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate chips. Keep warm. Combine wafer cookies, butter, peanuts with 1 TBSP sugar. Press into bottom and 1/2" up sides of pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Bake 5 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese in mixer bowl until fluffy. Beat in flour and remaining sugar, until combined. Beat in eggs and yolks, one at a time. Pour half of mixture into another bowl. With mixer on medium speed, beat 1/4 cup sour cream and reserved chocolate into batter bowl. Pour white batter into the crust. Arrange 2/3 of Snickers slices over top. Pour chocolate batter over Snickers. Place in baking pan on oven rack. Fill pan with water. Bake 55 minutes. Turn oven off. Let stand in oven for 1 hour. Remove from water and remove foil. Cool on rack 30 minutes. Cool completely in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. Top with remaining Snickers.
