1 cup butter, softened
1 cup + 1 tbsp sugar, divided
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cup chopped pecans, divided
13 oz pkg Rolo candies
4 squares white baking chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, 1 cup of the sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans.
Shape a tbsp of dough around each candy, forming a ball. Combine remaining sugar and pecans, and dip cookies half-way. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375ºF for 7-19 minutes, until the tops crack. Cool completely.
Drizzle with white chocolate (pour into ziplock bag and cut the corner).
