1.5 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups celery, sliced
3/4 cup raw white long grain rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can bean sprouts
1 can mushrooms (4 oz.), sliced
3 cups liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown ground beef in a skillet (add onions and celery to ground beef as it is browning). Add all ingredients to a casserole dish. Add liquid from the cans of vegetables to make 3 cups (or you can use water) and stir to combine. Cover and bake in oven for 1.5 - 2 hours, or until rice is cooked and celery is tender. Serve with soy sauce.
