Ingredients: 1 lb of Pork Cubes 1 lb of Beef Cubes 2 cups of Dry Red Wine 1 Cup of Water Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Butter 4 Cloves of Garlic Montreal Steak Seasoning to Taste 3 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme Leaves 1 Tbsp of Fresh Rosemary 1 Tbsp of Fresh Cilantro 1 Tbsp of Bay Leaves Crushed 6 Long Fresh Carrots Cut into Pieces 1 Fresh Turnip Sliced 2 Fresh Parsnips, Cut into Pieces 6 Fresh Celery Stalks, Cut into Pieces 1 cup of Pitted Black Olives 1 Red Onion Sliced 1 Small Bag of Mini Yellow Potatoes, Cut into Pieces French Bread

Directions: |
Directions:Saute fresh chopped garlic and red onions with butter and olive oil, then add pork and beef. When browned, add those ingredients into a large stock pot. Next, add all spices and vegetables then pour wine and water into pot. Cook on high until boiling then cover and reduce heat for 1 hour or until the vegetables are soft and the liquids are thickened. Serve with Fresh, French Bread and a glass of your favorite wine!. |
