1 lb ground beef, browned
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 head lettuce, chopped
4-5 green onions, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can kidney beans or black beans, rinsed and drained
1 small bottle Western dressing
Nacho flavored Doritos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain off any fat. Add the package of taco seasoning and mix. Do not add water. Chop the lettuce and green onions and put in a large bowl. Toss in ground beef, cheese, and beans. Add the dressing to taste (I usually add about 1/2 to 3/4 of the small bottle). Pour 1/2-3/4 of the bag of Doritos into a large Ziplock bag and crush into bite sized pieces. Top the salad with the chips and toss all together.
