1 lb small diced pork or ground beef
Green Chili - 1 1/2 to 2 Cups
28.5 oz Tomatoes or 2-3 Roma Tomatoes
3/4 Onion
4 cloves of Garlic
Flour
Salt, pepper, and Garlic salt to taste
2 Beef Bouillon cubes

Brown meat. Drain oil if using ground beef. Add onion and garlic and simmer 5 minutes on low. Mix spices beef bouillon, and 4-5 cups of water in a large cup and add to pot. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add cut, peeled green chili and cook for an hour or so. Want it more thick? Add a little more flour...

Use 1 Hot and 2 mild packages of Green Chilli. Should be enough for about 3-6 batches.
