4 medium large potatoes, cubed in very small pieces
6 strips of bacon, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 quart milk (about)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 rounded tablespoon flour
1 28-oz can tomatoes
Dash of Tabasco


Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon and onion. Add tomatoes (cut-up), salt, flour and potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are done---about 30 minutes. Add milk.

May add extra tomatoes or can of tomato soup. May use some Half & Half for the milk ingredient.
