4 c. raspberries
1 c. sugar
1 baked pastry shell
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed raspberries
1/16 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash berries; add sugar and chill. Put sweetened (4 c.) berries in baked pastry shell and cover with frozen topping

Topping:
Beat cream until stiff; fold in confectioner's sugar, salt, lemon juice, and crushed 1 c. raspberries. Place in refrigerator tray and freeze about 1 hour. Spread on pie and serve at once. Makes one 10 inch pie.
