1 lb. beef liver
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
dash pepper
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. stock
4 slices bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cover liver with hot water; simmer 5 minutes. Drain, reserving stock. Put liver and onion through food chopper using medium blade. Add remaining ingredients, except bacon. Form in loaf in 9x5x3-inch pan. Top with bacon slices. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes.
