1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
2 cups flour
Pinch of soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Nutmeats

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add unbeaten egg yolk. Add other ingredients and spread over a large cookie sheet, 11 x 15. Beat egg white slightly and brush over top. Sprinkle with nuts and cinnamon. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn off oven and let cookies remain in oven for a few minutes. Cut while warm in any desired shape.
