1 lbs roll Jimmy Dean Hot Sauce
6 stalks Celery, finely chopped
1 bunch Green Onions, finely chopped
2 Eggs
8 oz Sharp Cheddar
¼ cup melted Butter
1 large Loaf French Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage with vegetables stirring and breaking up meat until done. Drain off excess fat. Cut french bread in half lengthwise and remove center bread. Make bread crumbs out of this in food processor. Mix meat mixture, bread crumbs and slightly beaten eggs. Stuff french bread with this mixture, and close the sandwich. Brush melted butter liberally on top. Wrap in heavy duty foil, place on cookie sheet, and bake in 350˚ oven for 30 minutes. Gently open foil and lift off top of sandwich. Spread the grated cheese on top of meat mixture. Close sandwich again and brush with butter again. Rewrap in foil and return to oven 5-10 minutes to melt cheese. Cut in slices to serve.
