1 stick butter, room temp
1/4-1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups confectioners sugar, plus additional if needed
1/3 cup whole milk, plus additional if needed
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Place butter and cocoa powder in a large mixing bowl. Blend on low speed until the mixture is soft and well combined, about 30 seconds. Stop the mixer. Place the sugar, milk, vanilla and salt in the bowl. Beat until frosting lightens and is fluffy, 2-3 minutes. Add more milk if the frosting is too thick or more sugar, 1TBSP at a time, if it is too thin.
